Psychological Therapies
I specialize in a powerful, neuroscience-backed approach called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), designed to help you break through emotional blocks quickly and sustainably.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, ISTDP works with focused emotional experiencing and defence work to bring about deep and lasting transformation, often in fewer sessions. Clinical research across more than 60 clinical trials shows its effectiveness in addressing a wide range of emotional and relational issues, with results that continue long after therapy ends.

ISTDP typically works within 6–40 sessions, offering lasting results in a shorter time and with lower cost overall when compared to many longer-term models.
