I offer Psychological Assessment, integrative Psychological 

therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; in training), Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), and a more specialist approach called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). 

  

I work in a transdiagnostic way and tailor our work to the person's goals and pace. This integrative, personalized approach allows me to meet everyone exactly where they are, whether they are navigating burnout, sleep difficulties, performance anxiety, emotional numbness, or a deeper life transition.

My Approach

 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):

During our initial appointment, I will explain how EMDR works and what to expect. I will learn about your history and traumatic experiences causing your suffering. We will start to identify specific memories, triggers, and other difficulties, which will be the focus of our therapy work. In subsequent sessions, we will revisit the memories while using bilateral stimulation. This is to help reprocess memories by reducing their emotional intensity and related unhelpful beliefs. I will be regularly checking that you feel safe and comfortable. 

 

My role is to help you reduce emotional distress linked to memories we are working on, so that your response to past trauma can shift. 

 

 

Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP):

This type of Psychological therapy is designed to help you break through emotional blocks quickly and sustainably. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ISTDP works with focused emotional experiencing and defence work to bring about deep and lasting transformation, often in fewer sessions. Clinical research across more than 60 clinical trials shows its effectiveness in addressing a wide range of emotional and relational issues, with results that continue long after therapy ends. 

 

I will invite you to look beneath the surface: at the unspoken emotions, inner conflicts, and defensive patterns that may have protected you but now limit you. We will explore what it means to feel fully, connect deeply, and live from your most aligned self. 

  

My role is to help you reconnect with the clarity and strength that is already there. I will walk beside you with challenge and compassion, so healing can happen where it matters most.
