About Me

I am not here to sell you the idea that transformation is easy, but I am here to show you that it is possible. And it does not have to take years.

After working as a Clinical Psychologist in Bermuda, I returned to Europe with a deeper understanding of what truly supports emotional resilience, peak performance, and a meaningful life. What became clear was this: the standard scripts we are given for growth, aging, and mental health no longer fit. The truth is more empowering: You can reclaim your energy. You can feel emotionally whole. You can live from a place of strength and clarity, no matter your stage of life or career.

My practice is built for people who are ready to go deeper, to shift old patterns, overcome emotional blocks, and reconnect with their truest self.

My Approach

I am trained in several evidence-based therapies, with a focus on Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), a powerful, neuroscience-informed approach proven to bring lasting change in shorter timeframes. But this is not a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from a rich background that includes:

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Deep Relaxation and Yoga Nidra
  • Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

This integrative, personalized approach allows me to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating burnout, performance anxiety, emotional numbness, or a deeper life transition.

What I Believe

  • The aging mind is optional, not inevitable.

  • Mental health challenges are real, but they are also movable.

  • Your body, mind, and emotional system are designed to heal, if given the right environment.

  • You do not have to keep performing life, you can actually live it.

  • When we let go of self-judgment and disconnection, we make space for vitality, presence, and power.

Who I Work Best With

My clients are often high-functioning, capable individuals who are exhausted from carrying it all, quietly. You may be:

  • A leader or professional who feels emotionally flat despite outward success.

  • A creative or caregiver craving inner freedom and joy.

  • In transition - between roles, identities, or phases of life.

  • Someone who has always strived, but now wants to feel real again.

You do not need to be “broken” to start therapy. You just need to be willing to get honest, and ready to invest in yourself.
